No. 2:  A sweet little pair of metal candle sconces featuring a thin, twisted rope forming a teardrop back, with scalloped candle holder, and crimped bobeche beneath it.  All in a mottled, antiqued gold finish, with mottled black showing through.  Please note that the most accurate representation of the finish is in the center image above, showing the interior of the candle holder.  Overall dimensions, 4″ W x 12″ H x 5″ D.  Candle holder only, 7/8″ Diameter.  They are in very nice condition, with no scratches or chips.  However, there seem to be small bits of residue in the candle holders, of what appears to be perhaps black plastic.  Again, the center image above illustrates this.  It should not interfere at all with candles being used, however the candles may have to be slightly shaved at that point, for a tidy fit.  These delicately-scaled sconces would look equally lovely in a frothy pink bedroom, or in a more urban version of Williamsburg-meets-Courchevel (for lack of a better description), suggested above with a Ming Green vine pattern, originally an English block print, c. 1825-30, and generous use of black, pale caramel silk velvet, and variegated faux fur.  $40.00   PURCHASE THIS ITEM
